Play responsibly at mm95
Gaming should be fun, not stressful. mm95 provides tools and guidance to help you stay in control of your play.
At mm95, the wellbeing and safety of our players is our top priority. We believe gaming is meant for entertainment and enjoyment, and should fit smoothly into your life without affecting other areas.
Gaming is not a reliable way to earn a steady income. Understand that losses can happen repeatedly, and only stake what you can afford. mm95 gives players tools and information to help shape their own gaming habits.
This page explains how to set deposit limits, how to self-exclude, how to recognise signs of problem gambling, and how to reach support.
The key principles of responsible gaming
Entertainment only
Do not treat gambling as a primary source of income. Play within your limits — for fun and entertainment only.
Set a budget
Decide in advance how much you will spend and commit to not going over that amount. Do not add more money to try to recover losses.
Manage your time
Limit how long you play and avoid long sessions. Put family, education, and work first, and keep gaming secondary.
Self-assessment
Ask yourself honestly whether gambling is causing you stress, or whether you are chasing losses.
Take breaks
Decide in advance not to play on bad days or when you receive upsetting news — play only when you are in the right state of mind to enjoy it.
Talk to someone
If gambling feels like it is becoming a problem, contact mm95's 24-hour Live Chat or email [email protected].
Warning signs of problem gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, consider that your gambling may be becoming a problem.
Chasing losses by playing again — often feeling "one more try and I'll win it back"
Lying to family and friends about gambling
Borrowing money or finding other ways to get funds in order to gamble
Wanting to stop gambling but being unable to
Putting gambling first and treating work, education or family as second priority
Feeling stressed, depressed or experiencing health problems because of gambling
Thinking about gambling often and being unable to relax until you get back to it
